MUSLIM Institute organized a conference titled “Uzbekistan–Pakistan Shared Cultural History” on September 24, 2025, at Idara-i-Nazaria-i-Pakistan, Lahore, in collaboration with the Embassy of Uzbekistan, Islamabad, and Idara-i-Nazaria-i-Pakistan. Sahibzada Sultan Ahmed Ali, Chairman of the MUSLIM Institute, chaired the session. Distinguished speakers included the delegation from the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, comprising Prof. Azamat Ziyo, Director of the Institute of History, and Dr. Botir Yuldashev, Research Fellow at the same institute. Other eminent speakers were Mian Farooq Altaf, Senior Vice President, Idara-i-Nazaria-i-Pakistan; Prof. Humayun Ihsan, Dean, Pakistan College of Law; Mr. Rovshan Alimov, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Uzbekistan, Islamabad; Khalifa Zaki Uddin, descendant of a notable family from Bukhara; and Muhammad Hanif Gul, Chief Safety Officer, Pakistan Railways. The proceedings were moderated by Mr. Asif Tanveer Awan, Public Relations Associate, MUSLIM Institute.

MUSLIM Institute organized a conference titled “Seerat-un-Nabi (SAWW) Conference: Celebrating 1500th Milad-un-Nabi (SAWW)” on Monday, 8 September 2025, at National Library, Islamabad. The session was presided over by Senator Raja Zafar-ul-Haq, Secretary General of Motamar Al-Alam Al-Islami, while Sahibzada Sultan Ahmed Ali, Chairman of the MUSLIM Institute, delivered the welcome remarks. Dr. Habib Asim, Chairman of the Iqbal Chair at Bahria University, and Dr. Habib-ur-Rehman, President of the Seerat Research Center and Director General of the DBF Seerat Encyclopedia, expressed their views. The proceedings were moderated by Mr. Yousaf Jan Babar, researcher and writer. At the conclusion of the conference, renowned naat-reciter Raja Hamid Ali presented devotional poetry in praise of the Exalted Prophet ?. Ambassadors, diplomats, scholars, lawyers, policymakers, and academicians participated in the discussions.

It brought together over 150 national and international scholars to explore the spiritual philosophies and global relevance of these two Sufi saints.

MUSLIM Institute, in collaboration with the Governor House Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, held a conference at the Governor House, Peshawar on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. The event featured an inaugural session and an academic session. His Excellency Faisal Karim Kundi, Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, delivered the welcome address, followed by opening remarks by Sahibzada Sultan Ahmed Ali, Chairman MUSLIM Institute. The conference attracted a diverse audience, including university vice-chancellors and faculty, members of parliament, literary and intellectual figures, media representatives, policymakers, and individuals from various segments of society. The first session was moderated by Mr. Usama Bin Ashraf.

1st Academic Session of “Mevlana Rumi & Hadrat Sultan Bahoo Conference” organized by MUSLIM Institute and Idara-i-Nazria-i-Pakistan on Saturday February 03, 2024 at Idara-i-Nazaria-i- Pakistan, Lahore. Dr. Shahid Munir (Chairman Punjab Higher Education Commission) chaired first session of the conference. MUSLIM Institute organized a National Conference on “Junagadh: Challenges & Prospects” on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at the National Library of Pakistan, Islamabad. The conference consisted of six sessions, four academic sessions, an inaugural session, and a concluding session. Sahibzada Muhammad Mehboob Sultan (Federal Minister for States and Frontier Regions) was the chief guest of the concluding session. Sahibzada Sultan Ahmed Ali (Dewan of Junagadh State & Chairman MUSLIM Institute) presented the conference resolution. Ambassadors, Historians, political scientists, foreign policy experts, students, university professors, lawyers, journalists, political leaders, social activists, and people from different walks of life participated in the Conference. MUSLIM Institute and Faculty of Oriental Learning, University of the Punjab, Lahore organized 3^rd Two Days International Conference on "Mevlana Rumi and Hadrat Sultan Bahoo: Preachers of Human Friendship, Peace, Tolerance and Coexistence in the World" on Thursday - Friday, February 20-21, 2020 at University of the Punjab, Lahore. Scholars and dignitaries from Poland, UK, Iran, USA and Sudan participated and addressed in the Conference. Researchers from all four provinces of Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir participated in the conference as well. A number of people from Sikh Community also participated in the Conference.

MUSLIM Institute and Faculty of Oriental Learning University of the Punjab Lahore in cooperation of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan organized an international conference “Mevlana Rumi & Ha?rat Sultan Bahoo: Message of Love and Co-Existence in Light of Mysticism” on February 19-20, 2019 at University of the Punjab, Lahore. Scholars from Azerbaijan, Canada, India, Iran, Pakistan, Turkey and United Kingdom participated in the conference and presented their papers. Conference was comprised of seven different sessions (Inaugural session, four academic sessions, concluding session and a cultural event of Mystical Music Session).

Prof. Dr. Nasir Amin (Vice Chancellor, GC University Faisalabad) chaired the inaugural session whereas Sahibzada Sultan Bahadar Aziz (Incharge Programmes, MUSLIM Institute) delivered the Opening Speech. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Chawla (Dean, Chairman & Professor, Dept of History & Pakistan Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore) and Mr. Arif Khattak (Assistant Professor, Dept. of Sciences & Humanities National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Chaniot) were guest speakers in the first session. Dr. Abdul Qadir Mushtaq (Chairperson, Dept. of History & Pakistan Studies, GCUF) moderated the proceedings of inaugural session. MUSLIM Institute and University of the Punjab organized an international conference on "Sultan Bahoo & Mevlana Rumi" on Thursday May 11, 2017 at Punjab University, Lahore. Scholars and researchers from Tajikistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, different universities and institutions from all four provinces of Pakistan contributed papers and participated in the conference.

One-day International Conference on “Sultan Bahoo and Mevlana Rumi” was held on Tuesday, 9 December, 2014 in Islamabad Club, Islamabad. It was started with recitation of Holy Quran and Kalam-e-Hadrat Sultan Bahoo and Hadrat Mevlana Rumi was presented at the start of each session. Ambassadors, political and social leaders, scholars, professors, journalists, researchers and university students participated in the conference. At the end of each session, memorabilia shields were also distributed among the honorable guests. Research Associate of MUSLIM Institute, Mr. Usman Hasan moderated the proceedings of the conference.
